Smart Filtration Controller

Hydraquip Electric Systems recently took on an exciting project to design and build a custom smart filtration controller tailored to meet the unique specifications of one of our valued customers. Working closely with our sister company, GCC, we were given the opportunity to bid on a high-volume order for these specialized control panels.

Our engineering team crafted a controller that not only integrates seamlessly with the customer’s existing systems but also features a custom cable assembly designed to optimize performance and reliability.   • 5-inch HMI – The 5-inch Human-Machine Interface (HMI) provides a user-friendly touchscreen for easy operation and monitoring. Designed with high-resolution graphics, it ensures precise control and feedback on system performance.

  • Motor Starter – The motor starter is engineered to provide reliable control and protection for electric motors in industrial settings. It enhances the system’s efficiency by offering overload and short-circuit protection.

  • Terminal Blocks – Terminal blocks offer a secure and organized connection point for wiring, simplifying installation and maintenance. Their modular design also allows for easy configuration adjustments as needed.

  • Circuit Protection – Circuit protection safeguards the system from electrical overloads, ensuring the safety and longevity of components. It automatically interrupts power during faults, reducing the risk of damage.

  • Polycarbonate Enclosure – The polycarbonate enclosure provides durable protection against environmental factors, including dust and moisture. Its impact-resistant design keeps internal components secure and operational in tough conditions.
