Hydraquip Electric Systems was entrusted with the development of these advanced motor control centers, which required the creation of custom cutouts on the doors to accommodate essential circuit protection for our clients. Our dedicated team employed a flexible bus bar to effectively handle the larger gauge wires, ensuring optimal performance and reliability in power distribution.
As part of our rigorous quality assurance process, we conducted an internal factory acceptance test that successfully powered various operator lights and switches, as well as initiated motor operations. This crucial step confirmed the functionality and readiness of the system for deployment.
In addition to our engineering efforts, we had the privilege of collaborating with Hydraquip, our sister company, to host an informative tour of our facility. During this event, we showcased our state-of-the-art panel shop and highlighted our extensive capabilities in designing and manufacturing motor control solutions.
