Operators interact with the system through a user-friendly 12-inch touchscreen HMI, which simplifies control adjustments and provides real-time feedback on system performance.
The core of this system is powered by a Danfoss Plus+1 Microcontroller, a powerful device that coordinates the entire process by seamlessly adjusting the five 3-horsepower Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) using a finely-tuned PID closed-loop control algorithm. This algorithm ensures the exact ratios of chemical ingredients are delivered according to the specified recipe, making it possible to achieve consistent product quality and precise chemical ratios without manual intervention. The result is an efficient, automated control panel that maintains reliability in demanding chemical processing environments, ultimately optimizing productivity and ensuring the highest standards of quality.
