Our roots stretch back to three defense engineers from California who set out for Texas with a trunk full of hydraulic valves in pursuit of a dream. That dream turned into reality when Hydraquip Corporation was founded in 1951.

2002 Expansion into Oklahoma with acquisition of Air & Hydraulic Components
2007
Restructured to form 3 divisions: Hydraquip, Hydraquip Custom Systems & parent company, Employee Owned Holdings, Inc.
2009
Expansion into new territories of Arizona & New Mexico
2014
Expansion into Colorado with acquisition of Emrick & Hill
2021
Expansion into Tennessee with acquisition of Flint Hydraulics, Inc.
2022
Created new division “Hydraquip Electric Systems” with merger of Elite Controls, Inc.
