On May 10, 2013, Supreme Integrated Technology, Inc. (S.I.T), and Hydraquip Distribution, Inc. (HDI), two subsidiaries of Employee Owned Holdings, Inc., acquired the assets of Huber, Inc. including Huber, Inc.’s two facilities located in Jefferson, LA and Broussard, LA. Huber, Inc.’s office in Jefferson, LA will now operate as a separate and distinctly branded division of S.I.T. while the Huber, Inc. Broussard, LA office will be operate under the direction of HDI.
